5. Sensitive Information and Chat Use

The Platform's chat and match-related email tools are intended for tennis logistics, scheduling, score confirmation, and other limited match-coordination purposes. Do not share payment-card data, government-issued identification numbers, passwords, medical records, detailed health information, or other highly sensitive or confidential information through chat or match-related email threads.

If you choose to share information through chat or match-related email, you do so at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that chat content will remain private from authorized participants, administrators, or service providers involved in delivering the feature.

If Tennis Club Austin is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies to operate the Platform. These include temporary OAuth cookies used during sign-in and a session cookie used to keep you logged in. The current session cookie is intended to last up to seven days unless you log out sooner or the session expires.

These cookies support authentication, session continuity, and security. Logged-in platform features may not function properly without them.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, maintain ladder history, support billing and account administration, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
